The system is based on Simatic S7-300 PLC with advanced software and heavy duty output contactors. Our choice of low heat emitting components in switchboards ensures a compact, robust, reliable and competitive system. Custom made software and sensors regulate each circuit by advanced power control, create a more energy efficient system and ensure inrush reductions.
Winterization systems are often turned off for longer periods. The FEW offline monitoring system alerts failures even when main power is off, allowing the crew to be notified of maintainance needs before usage in icing conditions.
DNV-GL Approved
Each FEW solution go through FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and will be approved by DNV according to DNV Rules for Classification of Ships.
